Thank you for choosing to participate in our 2024 Advent Market! Please read the following rules and suggestions thouroughly before applying. Presentation of the Lord reserves the right to refuse applications and/or products being sold.
1. We provide a 10x10 designated booth space per registration. Booth locations will be determined ahead of time, and a map will be provided to you on the day before the market so you know where to find your space. If you'd like to be by a certain vendor, please mention it in your registration and we will try our best to accomodate.
2. Setup is on the morning of the market, no earlier than 7 am. We highly recommend your booth be compltely set up and ready to sell by 8:45 am, as Mass will let out around 9 am. Booths should shut down at 1:45, and be packed up entirely by 2:00 pm.
3. There will still be CCD on December 8, meaning children will be in class during the normal scheduled times.
4. We highly encourage each vendor to bring a tent, rain or shine. It defines your space well, and there is no shade in our field. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and and extension cords (if applicable).
5. If you'd like a double space for one vendor, please leave a comment in the application, and we will contact you to complete the payment for the second space.
5. Applications and payment are due on December 1.
