Baptism Registration

Baptisms are conferred after the 11.30a Mass on Sundays, at 1.30p. To schedule a baptism, please contact [email protected].

For infants and children under the age of 7, parents must attend or have attented a preparation class, and godparents are also encouraged to attend. Classes are scheduled with our deacon.

For children 7 and older and for adults, RCIC or RCIA forms are followed. To begin the process, please email [email protected] with your names and ages of children/adults who wish to be baptized.

Once you have scheduled the baptism (and if applicable, the baby has been born) please do all of the following at the same time:
1. Complete the online sacramental registration form (below)
2. Email a birth certificate copy (or if not yet available, an official verification of birth facts sheet) to [email protected]
3. If godparents are not parishioners of Presentation, email a letter of good standing for godparents to [email protected]
