In the Ordinariate, it is customary to begin preparation for First Holy Communion in first grade through Level Two Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, and through a series of six CGS reflections given by our catechists. Presentation of the Lord Catholic Church is responsible for providing opportunities for catechesis to the children.
To prepare and receive First Holy Communion in the spring of 2023, and before filling out this online sacrament registration form the candidate for First Holy Communion must be attending Sacrament reflections. (Contact our CGS Coordinator with questions).
The required paperwork must be gathered, scanned, and uploaded by way of the links below. We will not be able to process your registration until all required documents have been received. (Even if you have submitted these documents in a previous year, it is required that you upload them again below along with your registration.)
